YES for Peace

Get Involved!

Are you interested in engaging in the Syrian transitional process and being a representative of the Syrian youth? Have you heard about various constitutional concepts and instruments (decentralization/power-sharing, minority rights) that allow an ethnically and religiously diverse population to live together peacefully? Do you want to learn more about these concepts?

Then, we invite you to apply to participate in the “YES for Peace” program. We will organize two workshops that will take place in Germany and one study trip to Armenia on the following dates:

  • 3 – 6 July, 2025: Workshop in Germany
  • 31 October – 3 November, 2025: Workshop in Germany
  • 15 – 20 September, 2025: Study trip to Armenia

Once your participation is accepted, please keep in mind that we will cover your travel costs, accommodation, and the activities included in the program. “YES for Peace” is supported with German Federal Foreign Office’s funds by ifa (Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen) via zivik Funding Programme.

To apply, please read the following application requirements carefully.

We expressly encourage members of ethnic and religious minorities to apply.
